Trained in public health and psychology, Andrew Bills serves as the primary administrator, overseeing all public relations, human resources, and fiscal management. Dr. Bills also oversees the spa’s regulatory affairs, ensuring that the spa exceeds requirements for workplace safety, client health and safety, and quality improvement.
