Quality of servicesOur services are results-oriented—what you came in to get is what you get—and we work to ensure the effects of our services last long after you leave the spa. This means knowing and using the latest well-researched and proven techniques and technologies. This also means rigorous quality improvement programs and staff training. Environmental and community impactRecharge Medical and Day Spa strives to be an active member of its community. Rather than just a business located in the neighborhood, the spa contributes to the community in a variety of ways. Convenience to the customerThe tranquility of our clients’ spa experience should start before they even get to the spa. Wherever possible we work to make receiving services at the spa easy and simple. Business sustainabilityWe can’t provide safe, relaxing, top-quality services for clients if we can’t pay the bills. For many, businesses sustainability must be a much higher priority. By ensuring that we meet the first 5 priorities, we actually build our sustainability. This allows us to set prices related to service costs, rather than what the market will bear. This is also the reason that Recharge Medical and Day Spa isn’t lavish, like many of our 5-star spa counterparts. Following these principles doesn’t leave a lot of extra money floating around, but the owners of the spa are committed to the spa’s mission and principles, rather than the profit margin.
