Part of our Tranquil Art program.
I am a photojournalist who captures and documents weddings, events, and portraits with an eclectic flair.
Art is a voyeuristic view into my desires, frustrations, joys, and internal struggles within my soul.
Encouraged by my greatest fan, my aunt, I studied and refined my techniques. After her premature death due to cancer, my artistic soul lay dormant for many years.
After falling in love with a naturalist photographer, Craig, I awoke from my artistic coma and began life anew.
I create Art to purge myself of sorrow, to understand unrequited love, and to laugh at my own humor. In visualizing the end product I am able work through my feelings, and exhale the negativity.
My work represents my extreme black and white thinking. Unexpressed love or unbridled passion, witty humor or uncontrollable sadness, saturated or muted colors.
More than a hobby, Art is my inner psychologist unleashed to work out my internal contention.
